The order by the customer impliesacceptance of all of these general conditions of sale, these prevail over all other general conditions of sale unless expressly accepted by the seller.
Visible items are shipped without restriction worldwide. The Grey Deer is committed to shipping items ordered in stock or once manufactured within 72 hours maximum but cannot be held responsible for delivery times that vary by country.
Items visible on the site are available while stocks last. In the event of a debit or collection for the order of an unavailable item, The Grey Deer undertakes to offer a credit or to reimburse the Customer within 15 days. The Grey Deer undertakes to notify by email the Customer who has ordered an unavailable item.
The Grey Deer reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order or in the event of a payment and order error that may result from an error.
All orders made with a discount voucher or a promotion will not be exchangeable or refundable.
The prices applicable to orders are those presented on the Thedreydeer.fr site at the time of the order. The prices are indicated inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery costs, and governed by French law. The prices can be modified at any time by the seller, without notice, and in particular in the event of a change in fiscal or economic data.
Items ordered must be paid for in euros and online. The bank charges caused by the payment are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is made.
Online payment is made by credit card or through the use of a Paypal payment account.
The secure platform offered as part of the online store is Paypal. Payment by Paypal complies with Bank Card regulations concerning distance selling and electronic payment. It also complies with the regulations of the accepted card networks.
The invoice is sent to the customer on request at the address indicated when ordering. The price is that in force at the time of the order by the customer.
The Grey Deer disclaims all liability for errors in entering customer information when ordering.
The items are delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the date of the order throughout mainland France, 4 to 10 days for the rest of the world. This period is given as an indication and may vary depending on the availability of items.
Exceeding this period may in no case be held against The Grey Deer, nor give rise to a termination of the contract or any compensation for damages.
Beyond a period of one month from the date of the order The Grey Deer will reimburse by check or bank transfer the undelivered merchandise.
Packages are delivered by post or by an express carrier to the address specified when ordering. As such, The Grey Deer is unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.
The transfer of risk takes place at the time of delivery of the goods.
The Grey Deer cannot be held responsible in the event of non-performance of the contract resulting from a case of force majeure in particular, and without this being limited, in the event of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, import problem, strike, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, flood.
Conformity and defects:

Complaints concerning apparent defects in the delivered goods will only be taken into consideration if they are notified by post within 48 hours of delivery.
This shipment must include an explanatory letter from the Customer and the goods concerned in their original packaging. The Grey Deer agrees to take back or exchange or reimburse the defective merchandise, without however being liable to pay damages.
The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For products purchased online, the customer has 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal from his order. The postmark or the date of the delivery receipt constitutes the starting point of this period. The return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds, in whole or in part, will be made within 30 working days of receipt by The Grey Deer of the return of the goods. Reimbursement is made by bank transfer in accordance with the information provided when ordering. Products returned damaged, incomplete, soiled or without the original packaging will not be taken back, exchanged or reimbursed.
Beyond the period of 14 days from delivery, the goods will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
The data entered during the order, allowing payment for the order and delivery of the purchased item, are only requested for the purposes of processing the transaction. In the absence of communication of this data, or in the event of incorrect communication, The Grey Deer cannot be held liable. In these cases, the customer remains liable for payment.
